YOUR MISSION
- You manage the core processes of controlling and financial reporting in the Group and operate a sound forecasting and planning program
- You follow financial development closely at all times, inform stakeholders in case of forecast deviations and propose actions
- You identify risks and opportunities in cooperation with other group functions, local finance & controlling teams, respective managing directors and channel heads
- You ensure a smooth production of the annual financial reports based on IFRS regulations and implement mandatory changes within the IFRS framework in the reporting process and the respective reporting tools
- You ensure the tax compliance in accordance with Swiss tax rules
- You run a smooth and seamless integration of newly acquired companies into the financial framework of the Group
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher degree in Economics, Finance/ Controlling or similar
- 5+ years of experience in Controlling in an international business environment. Experience in a manufacturing industry would be of advantage
- Experience with the Swiss tax system and with IFRS
- Knowledge of ERP and consolidation systems (Hyperion)
- Comfortable with Excel and other MS office tools
- Excellent English skills. German would be a big plus
- Analytical and open-minded personality with hands on attitude and excellent communication skills
