YOUR MISSION

  • You manage the core processes of controlling and financial reporting in the Group and operate a sound forecasting and planning program
  • You follow financial development closely at all times, inform stakeholders in case of forecast deviations and propose actions
  • You identify risks and opportunities in cooperation with other group functions, local finance & controlling teams, respective managing directors and channel heads
  • You ensure a smooth production of the annual financial reports based on IFRS regulations and implement mandatory changes within the IFRS framework in the reporting process and the respective reporting tools
  • You ensure the tax compliance in accordance with Swiss tax rules
  • You run a smooth and seamless integration of newly acquired companies into the financial framework of the Group

YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher degree in Economics, Finance/ Controlling or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in Controlling in an international business environment. Experience in a manufacturing industry would be of advantage
  • Experience with the Swiss tax system and with IFRS
  • Knowledge of ERP and consolidation systems (Hyperion)
  • Comfortable with Excel and other MS office tools
  • Excellent English skills. German would be a big plus
  • Analytical and open-minded personality with hands on attitude and excellent communication skills
