YOUR MISSION

  • You are responsible for selling our customized solutions in the field of sealing technology to new and existing customers, mostly Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
  • With your technical and business know-how, you are going to take the relationships with our customers to a new level.
  • You scout the market and identify development opportunities for engineering projects with existing and new customers.
  • You implement the pricing strategy with the assigned customer and are responsible for negotiations.
  • You proactively drive local and group sales initiatives together with the Product Application Engineers and the Head of Sales and Marketing.
  • You provide input on market development to realize successful and profitable implementation of customer solutions in the market in collaboration with your team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You bring along a technical education or an Engineering degree – a commercial training is welcome.
  • 3+ years of experience in selling technical solutions (ideally sealing technology) in B2B and project management.
  • You have an independent and sales-oriented personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are exceptionally talented at presenting ideas to various audiences and communicate at various business levels.
  • You possess strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent French and English skills.
