YOUR MISSION:
- With your technical eye and your sales flair, you acquire new projects for Drive Technology and develop our business with existing key accounts.
- You are agile and have a special feel for new opportunities in our fast-growing business area.
- You supervise customer projects from acquisition to completion of samples/pre-series and drive innovation.
- You manage the pricing strategy, including project negotiations.
- You work closely with our clients' technical teams to design and develop solutions to their technical challenges.
- You build a solid network with other colleagues to exchange ideas and best practice experience.
- You provide input on market development to realize the successful and profitable placement of customer solutions in the market in cooperation with your team.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Engineering or Business Degree with a strong technical interest.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, key account management and technical project management.
- Experience in drive technology or in a similar industry as well as a consolidate existing network within the German Drive Technology field.
- Strong sales-oriented and independent personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to present ideas to different audiences and communicate at different business levels.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
- Up to 50% willingness to travel within the assigned region in North Italy. Driving license necessary.
