YOUR MISSION

  • Manage the Product Life Cycle to achieve strategic and financial goals, focusing on key markets, regions, and applications. 
  • Implement sales initiatives, set revenue and customer focus goals, and collaborate with teams to specify suppliers and support sales efforts.
  • Develop marketing materials, perform yearly strategy reviews, and establish control tools for strategy implementation.
  • Monitor market trends, scout for new technologies and products, identify and develop new business opportunities, and lead new product and solution developments with partners.
  • Define sources and suppliers for the product portfolio, ensure data quality for all published articles, and provide training and support for Sales teams.
  • Define and update price lists based on competition and costs, and support pricing strategy implementation. 
  • Recommend assortment structures for the online shop, develop product content, support marketing efforts for SEM/SEO, provide samples for product visuals, and define website content. 
  • This mission involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration to drive product success and business growth.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in engineering, marketing, or business management as well as a Marketing education (Marketing MBA) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or Senior Application Engineering in relevant business fields in B2B field. 
  • Knowledge of Fluid Technology and relevant focus markets (including competitors and Workshop Manufacturers).
  • Good skills/knowledge in Mechanics, Material Physics, or Chemistry as well as strong sales skills.
  • Positive, ambitious, and inspiring personality.
  • Availability to be in our HQ in Zurich at least twice a month. 
  • Fluent in German and English (written & oral). Other languages (Italian, French, Dutch) are a plus.
