Function Business Development Manager China/Asia

Tasks & Duties    

Business development E-Globe for Sealings
•    Win and develop new and existing customers in line with E-Globe Strategy for FFKM Sealings
•    Active lead generation at prospect customers in line with E-Globe Strategy in the defined Region
•    Support local OEM Channel Entities in project acquisition
•    Participation in regular Sales Pipeline Meetings Sealing
•    Organization and execution of workshops at potential leads for Sealing Products
•    Market Scouting for FFKM products

Strategy
•    Give input on market and customer development and trends
•    Execute the E-Globe strategy to secure business opportunities, improving revenue, market share, margin and costs
•    Provide estimation of revenue and additional potential for assigned prospects & attributed customers

Operational business
•    Customer management and development
•    Execute the price strategy including negotiation with assigned customer/leads in the own territory
•    Create offers with assigned leads/customers and for customer escalation
•    Coordination of all customer contracts according to RACI
•    Handling and coordination of digital requests from customer platforms

Networking
•    Networking, social selling (internal/ external)

Communication
•    Execute a high level of internal and external communication

Training / Education
•    Do regular self-evaluation and define concreate educational actions in alignment with the superior

 

Challenges    

•    Plays an integral and central role within the organization. The focus is entirely on the acquisition of new customers and new projects for FFKM Sealings.
•    Responsible for the day-to-day activities related to assigned or potential clients to ensure business development.


Network / Relations  

 •    Ensure deep and extended contact matrix within the A+P Group and at Customers


Responsibilities / Accountabilities     

•    Responsible for the sustainable business development of the assigned and prospects customers and territories
•    Acquisition responsibility in operational tasks and experience and/or expertise

Education    

•    Commercial degree
•    Technical degree    

Professional Experience    

•    Prior sales experience with technical products (B2B)
•    Experience in engineering and technical projects management and solution selling to Semiconductor Fabrication Equipment Manufacturer
•    Existing Network to Semiconductor Fabrication Equipment Manufacturer
•    Existing Network to MRO business in Semiconductor Industry in the related Sales Region    

Expertise    

•    Understanding commercial aspects of solution selling, e.g. Total Cost of Ownership and ROI principles.
•    Ability to manage projects, work with teams and coordinate inter-departmental activities in a role model “Hunter” 
•    Understands and can apply added value and solution selling.
•    Good win-win negotiator
•    Advanced MS Office user, especially Excel
