YOUR MISSION:
- You will manage and develop the OEM business to drive the strategic direction and accelerate business growths for the polish market.
- With your technical eye and your sales flair, you win the industry leading customers within the core strategic sealing technology segment such as food and beverage, process, drinking water and general industry.
- You strongly initiate sales initiatives, primary in the polish market and customer development plans to accelerate growth performance.
- You work closely with our clients' technical teams to design and develop solutions to their technical challenges.
- You provide input on market development to realize the successful and profitable placement of customer solutions in the market in cooperation with your team.
- Working area: woj. Opolskie, Dolnośląskie, Lubuskie, Wielkopolskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie.
YOUR PROFILE:
- A Degree in Engineering or in Business is required.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, and technical project management is necessary.
- Experience in sealing technology or a similar industry is a significant advantage.
- A strong sales-oriented and independent personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills is essential.
- The ability to present ideas to different audiences and communicate at various business levels is required.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills are needed.
- Excellent polish and English skills are necessary.
- Flexibility and openness to working in a satellite office, with responsibility for the polish market and reporting to the Head of Sales in Poland, are required. Comfort with operating independently initially is important.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region and at least once per quarter to the office in Bielsko Biala for official business reviews is expected.
