We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist who plays a key part in safeguarding compliance across global markets, with a strong emphasis on European chemical legislation. Your expertise will help ensure that our products meet stringent regulatory standards while supporting both internal teams and external partners with clear, actionable guidance.

YOUR MISSION
- Provide regulatory compliance support to customers to ensure outstanding customer experience
- Ensure compliance of the company’s product range with applicable regulations
- Author documentation such as declarations of conformity and safety data sheets for new and existing chemical products
- Gather and analyze data, and develop appropriate data structures
- Focus on chemical compliance with REACH, RoHS, and other global regulations (i.e. TSCA, CP65)
- Manage approval compliance for products based on intended use and trading market (e.g. Food Contact, Railway, Drinking Water)
- Monitor, maintain, and renew approvals (e.g. FDA, DVGW)
- Enter data into regulatory platforms (e.g. IMDS; CDX, BOMcheck)
- Maintain and optimize operational data systems, ensuring the highest degree of integrity, accuracy and consistency of the data and proactively identify and resolve data accuracy issues and discrepancies
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor, Master or higher degree in chemistry or materials sciences or engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of chemical legislation (RoHS, CLP, REACH)
- Experience handling regulations and approvals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
- Excellent communicator with a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach
- Analytical thinker with the ability to compile scientific data
- Goal-oriented, independent, and business-minded, providing value-added input to stakeholders and customers
