Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships while combining technical expertise with sales excellence? In this role, you will be a key partner for our customers, ensuring smooth commercial and technical coordination while actively driving sales growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to deliver outstanding customer experiences and sustainable business results.

 

YOUR MISSION

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with assigned customers to identify opportunities and drive sustainable sales growth
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing offers, orders, pricing, claims, and contract-related topics
  • Provide technical sales support, including product expertise and interpretation of technical drawings
  • Coordinate and escalate customer topics internally to ensure timely deliveries and effective claim resolution
  • Proactively promote and sell products in alignment with Internal Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical and commercial education (e.g. apprenticeship/EFZ, engineering, industrial management, business administration, or equivalent)
  • 4+ years of experience in internal sales of technical or industrial products
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills with solid technical understanding
  • Good financial and pricing knowledge, combined with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in German and fluency English; additional European languages (e.g. French or Italian) are an asset
