YOUR MISSION
· Define and execute the Group's Supply Chain Strategy aligned with the overall business strategy, driving the transformation toward a best-in-class digital supply chain.
· Lead and develop our Global Logistics Centre in the areas of Procurement, Quality, and Operational Excellence, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
· Drive logistics, manufacturing, assembly, and ERP-related transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer value.
· Ensure outstanding operational performance, including on-time delivery, service levels, quality standards, inventory management, and working capital optimization.
· Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, logistics providers, suppliers, and production partners across Europe and Asia.
· Develop organizational capabilities through talent management, leadership development, training, and succession planning.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, accountability, and customer-centricity across the global supply chain organization.
YOUR PROFILE
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
· 8–10+ years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Quality Management within an international environment.
· Proven expertise in supply chain strategy, logistics, automated warehousing, manufacturing operations, partner management, and business transformation.
· Experience in a similar industry is highly preferred.
· Strong understanding of financial drivers, working capital management, and ERP/logistics IT systems.
· Business fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
· Demonstrated leadership success in multicultural environments, with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
· Results-driven, pragmatic, and customer-focused, with a strong process orientation and excellent stakeholder management skills.
