Senior Engineer Antivibration Technology (all genders)

YOUR MISSION 

  • Provide state-of-the-art engineering services and technical expertise to customers, Product Application Engineers (PAE) and internal sales teams within the Antivibration Technology business field 
  • Utilize advanced simulation tools, including nonlinear FEA and virtual product development technologies, to support customer projects and innovative product solutions. 
  • Lead technical customer projects from concept and validation through to successful market release. 
  • Represent A+P engineering capabilities and technical expertise towards customers, partners and external stakeholders. 
  • Drive technical excellence by reviewing product compliance, preparing homologation documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Share knowledge through technical training, coaching, seminars and mentoring of colleagues, new employees and students. 
  • Collaborate with our internal engineering teams, Business Units, production sites, suppliers and quality teams to support innovation, manufacturing efficiency and customer success. 

YOUR PROFILE 

You are a technically strong and customer-oriented engineer who combines analytical thinking with excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline; international exposure is considered a strong advantage. 
  • You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar engineering position involving industrial components, antivibration solutions or related technical products. 
  • Hands-on experience with advanced CAE technologies, product simulation and virtual product development tools. 
  • You have strong understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally including elastomer products in combination with metals. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted technical advisor. 
  • You are willing to travel internationally (approximately one week per month, 30-40%), primarily within Europe and Turkey. 
  • Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
